I would like to clarify that , rejection of my issue

Since the same kind of issue was rejected before, we will make our decisions accordingly. I hope you understood my concern. Appealed over different issue, since I have no other choice to clarify these things. Please don't consider this as a spam appeal.

It should be a sentence about the article. But instead this template has a text of a self-advertising link as a description. This text is completely unrelated to the article. It's misleading for a user.
NOTE: this is not about removing the link, it's about the correctness of the description.
