This is basically an Ad, and they should be removed.

This is part of the article, despite what looks like advertising. And it can have various forms: h2+link, h3+link and many many others that can not be removed by one general rule. For example you can check https://blog.memrise.com/2014/03/03/how-will-technology-change-the-way-people-learn-la/ and it has not this link, but page layout is the same.

I hope Admin will forgive, cause it is common for this website to make not standard dividers, which are all different, and can be changed only manually. There is thousand posts, no one can handle each one of them. Although I agree, that this exact page looks better with your template)))
