Other types of “More” links that are not suitable for the “Related articles” block should be removed

- Those links are suitable because they are not dependant on time or user, they are always the same under the same page.

- Navigation links shouldn't be formatted as related. If these links have no IV, they won't be displayed in Telegram clients. So navigation may be lost
