The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nested lists are unsupported. With a solution like yours, as a user, I'd rather skip the IV. That looks horrible.
However I've seen indications that the judges don't agree.
