The links are for next and previous article which are not "related" articles and are not even "essential navigation"!

- These are not dynamic nor external. Mostly links to similar pages.

- The links are not really to other pages of the same article, but to different articles (the dates of the articles are different).
So it's more like links to other articles in a series / category.
It seems okay to put them as <related> as they are not essential to this specific source page article.
