It's blockquote. In the source this text is also in the blockquote tag. But you changed it to pullquote.

Why for you the priority of the element's class is higher than the element itself?

Very different cases.
In this case the div has the "td_pull_quote td_pull_center" class which behaves like a pullquote, since it is centralized.
