True that it can be identified by searching for the text "Read more" but I don't think it is essential. These links do not appear on very many pages, and some pages have the links formatted differently. For example, this page has them with the text "RELATED" within the link text so it would need to be identified differently: https://www.bodyandsoul.com.au/health/health-news/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-five-hormones-that-control-weight-gain-and-mood/news-story/c20b0ec8e45f8e99f70c076d784e2b13

It seems fine to leave them since they are just lines of text and not full related articles blocks.
