In the rules page, it doesn't say that date is required. The problem with this website is only the passed time is given rather than the exact time the article has been published. It's probably generated in back end. Since I can only use telegram's builtin functions and xpath, it's not possible to convert that delta time string to unixtime. Therefore I didn't add date. It's intentional.
