IV should also be generated for Wikis. The Dot Comma template (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/briefly.ru/template16/) handles the page in an acceptable way. If you find specific pages where IV support can lead to serious problems, we could definitely consider what @ARX8x mentions. But for now, there's no reason not to generate IV for custom wikis.
