Repeated footer

- I can highlight the kicker in your template and say it duplicates the footer as well. One "footer" is in the text, another is an additional block that the authors have decided to add for some reason. It's their choice, so I can't just remove it.
In addition to issue #1:
Maybe I should clarify that I turn these partner tags into footers because there are also __real__ kickers on this website. One more reason for putting these tags into footers is that I want to make them a bit different so that they won't confuse anybody.
