1. If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser(https://c2n.me/40vQEE8). Your date is not displayed for user on original site.

2. Also for this page important is the date of updated , because this page contains actual info about venue (bar)

3. Rudimentary date string(first) should be removed, it is not located in content zone

4. Second string("Updated:...") also located in bottom content , therefore first date string is a duplicate and need remove

You know it's not critical buddy. Actually published date is important and in this case the last modified date is important too.
Thus I decided to display both. It's not a valid issue due to rejecting my template.
