Please check the html source, it's a blockquote.twitter-tweet with an a link to twitter status, but in those pages a has href value like this `https://brodude.ru/?goto/https://twitter.com/50pets/status/765227057848655872`, most of external links on this site has `https://brodude.ru/?goto/` prefix, that's the reason your template break since you do not remove it, not because that blockquote has no href attribute.
