- In this case, it is not possible to reliably identify citations in the source code. There is no <blockquote>, relevant class or id. There is only <em>. If we denote all <em>s as blockquotes, it may be wrong on another page, where <em> means simply italic. If we make an individual rule for this page only, it will also be wrong, because we cannot control all such pages that may appear in the future.
