- The page has no content other than a picture. There's no even the related links section. IV won't be more informative than a link preview. Thas's why parser doesn't generate IV for the page, IMO.
Admin, please confirm that IV must be generated for a page with no content anyways.

- Since there is no guarantee that there won't be more content than just a picture next time, this page should generate IV. If this page is supported by the template, most likely, IV was not generated because image is used as cover and it's the only content available in the IV.
