I tried a lot of solution to address this problem, like what I parsed successfully in the same scenario here: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/rudaw.net/template28/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rudaw.net%2Fenglish%2Finterview%2F13022019
but for this template parsing "18 hrs ago" or "18 hours ago" doesn't work, and I don't know how to parse that.
there is no tag specifying the publish date in doc, as well.
