- i did not make an IV . BECAUSE some video pages doesnt work because of telegram. here is the example link . And also you could not make IV for this page .

- Not supporting a group of sites just because some of them do not generate IV anyway does not seem right.
If a certain site does not generate IV, because of missing media (or in your mentioned link, because the file's size is too big - >20 MB), that's not a reason to exclude a whole category of sites.
