Wrong site_name, it should be "Business Insider South Africa", since there are a lot of Business Insider websites and it can be confusing (for example this one is Business Insider Italia: https://it.businessinsider.com).

McDonalds is still McDonalds even in Murino. Should they call themselves "McDonalds Murino"?
1. Main name is Business Insider
2. They have meta site_name property
3. Both site names are alright
