- It is not correct to extract it from such plain text. You don't know what can be in this tag at bottom of page. Only one possible solution is detect auth name if in <p> present <strong> following by <em> but we don't know what information in it, there is no other information indicating that this tag contains the author's name

- This is an exception. Normally authors are displayed at the top of the page. There is no need to parse the article's content for an author name if the author is not in it's usual field.
