This paragraphs are actually in a figcaption tag for facebook post above. So i think they should be presented as a caption.
Moreover, there are twitter posts below with exactly same markup. And the following paragraphs rendered as a figcaption. Exactly the same case, but different results.
I still think that all figcaptions should be preserved
