"Media captions must be shown on IV page, aligned under their corresponding media if captions exist in the source."

Caption exist in the source, they are identifiable (check my template) and must be shown as a figcaption on IV page

P.S. Checklist does not say anything like "captions must be highlighted in code". There is a possible way to identify and extract them
