Missing soundcloud embed

- I did look into this issue :) I don't think the embed needs to be included:
- It is loaded via script, and it doesn't seem possible to get the URL to convert it into an iframe.
- It's not essential content--if you listen to the audio, it is a text to speech reading of the whole article. This is nice for accessibility, but it's not essential.
- This embed (or a different unsupported video) appears on almost every article on the site. If we unsupport it, we won't be able to generate IVs for most of the site.
