how is this an image caption? maybe u got it as an artifact of an attempt to catch captions in different place.
it is clear that it is regular part of the text.

On this site, image captions are formatted this way. Example https://www.caradvice.com.au/361994/on-road-costs-explained/ . This inscription is also a caption to this image, it says that the car is moving.
