This must be a figcaption, because it is explaining why compass is blue on picture above. And this type of content can be recognized, on my template for example. And those blocks looks like captions for other images on this site.

This applies immediately to the two images, to the top and bottom, it describes both. Even not so, it describes all the photos on the page "and in all sets" and definitely should not be a description of a separate photo.
