The "Supported types" section of the IV manual says:

The IV page object can hold the following types:
<video> with the attribute src, or containing the tag <source type="video/mp4"> with the attribute src

It seems as if the video is not online anymore. I cannot play it on the source article either. If you find another video which should be working but doesn't work with this template, please create another issue.
