And it's much smaller than "February 2019". I have no doubt it will be updated several times.
Moreover, I don't think this page format is suitable for IV at all. If you wanted to find a photo in one of such IVs, it would take ages to scroll to your desired image.

Proofs are the last-modified time of all the images files of the gallery (almost identical, some sec of difference due to the upload) and the fact that the april gallery is still missing.
They publish the whole gallery when it is over. Moreover the date is not the upload date, but the date in which they received the image from some user (you can send images).
