The original page is for an active contest. Active contests will include an input form to enter the contest. However, the IV format does not support input forms.

The contest page's text, "ENTER BELOW:" refers to the input form to enter the contest, which is missing in IV. This leads to a corrupted / incomplete IV.

It may be better to not generate an IV for active contest pages than to show a user an incomplete / corrupted IV.
