You shouldn't convert .wp-embedded-content into <related>, because it can be introduced by some text, like in this case, but if there is no IV for the link in <related>, this text will turn out to introduce nothing.

It's like with headers: "Note that if a header for a related article is not reliably extractable from the body, you must not use <related> for that link. (Otherwise, if the link gets no IV, the text will have a hanging header)."

Note also that WordPress Embed Post widget is scheduled for support: https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-4-4-popular-widgets. So, if we just leave it as it is, the link in <blockquote class="wp-embedded-content"> would be converted to a widget, while in your case, it wouldn't.

This article is linked/referenced from within the text. Users will wonder why they say "see the article below", but there is no article (if IV does not generate).

I don't think formatting as related is critical, since there is only one example of article mentioned in the text and in this case that article is supported by IV.
