Not subtitle. Check the html, image sits between I and n. It's obviously an error from the article, but you should not fix it, or you might endanger content when there's a real icon.

- i beleive it is subtitle, it summarizes article's content.
Since subtitle doesnt support images, removing it to the body, then it goes as a cover.
I did not fix it, thats just how this template works.
If you got any examples where it fails, please provide them with another issue.
