The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You set first figcaption as description while the thumbnail for preview defined in og:image comes from the third image in body (screenshot https://telegra.ph/mismatch-between-description-and-thumbnail-for-preview-04-20). It's a mismatch here.
