Your template ignores description meta tags.
When there is a suitable meta tag, You should use that as link preview description:
<meta name="description" content="PlayStation 5 to bardzo wyczekiwana konsola. Świadczy o tym też to, że wysyłane są zaproszenia na... premierę urządzenia, której jeszcze nie ma w planach.">

otherwise, you can set article body as description.

It is not safe to do so, since the meta might contain general site information, so I am just playing safe. Not a single line of checklist says "You should use meta tag as preview description", the checklist rather mentions that we should include information that is in the article
