- this is not an icon, its image shows the age rating of the movie and linked to the instruction page. you don't have to convert it to icon and remove the URL.

- Small images like this need to be supported using <pic>, otherwise they will be scaled to full width in the actual IV on mobile.

Note: For the new Icon type, we highly recommend setting the correct size using the width/height attributes so that they appear the same way in IV as they do in the text. Otherwise, you risk grabbing the 3x version of an emoji and displaying it as a full-blown image.
