The image you refer to is preview to the video.
About the video: there are some subtleties.
First: articles on cnbc.com are usually don't have video per se.
What do I mean by that?
"Video" is just an <img> wrapped in <a> tag.
The video appears only after you click on the preview (or after some scripting logic of the site clicks this to annoy you with "where this sound is doing from?")
Second: each video on cnbc has its own page, to which you can actually navigate with its url.
So I did the best I could: made an image which link refers to video's page.
