- Forums are generally user generated content. Due to their dynamic nature, forums should not generate IVs. Because IVs are cached, forums pages would show outdated info.
If a template creator wants to support static "articles" posted on forums, then the template must only generate an IV for those specific static article pages. IVs must not be generated for other forum threads.

- The text is here. It appears above the list, because of a bug in Telegram's IV, which prevents code blocks from displaying inside a list.
That's not an issue with my template and should be fixed on Telegram's side.

This is an issue with Telegram's IV that prevents elements, in this case picture and code block, from displaying inside a list.
P.S. If you're claiming that this is solely an issue with my template, please provide an example how the perfect template would handle this.

- We apologize for the tone of the earlier comment by our admin. Sadly, the decision will have to remain the same.
The IV format currently doesn't support such nested elements. This may change in the future, but for now this is something that template should take care of.
This domain will not have a winner in the first IV contest. It will be available again in the next contest.
