You make the class="smallCaption" element into a <footer>. But a footer under an image should be not a <footer>, but a <figcaption>.

(I know this element can also be under a table, but in such a case, an instructing moving this element into a preceding <figure> would just be idle and do no harm.)

I've checked hundreds of articles, and have only seen such captions used with tables:

It seems like they are misused in this case, and I'm pretty sure it's not what the website uses regularly (they use standard "wp-caption-text" markup).

Kindly provide one more example.
