This article uses one-column table to wrap the parargraph at the end of the article.
It is possible to switch the table to another html element and safe the page of the IV:

I see that you managed to get the IV with this simple table. What about preserving the numbered list? In your template the numbering is missing (and I know that it's impossible to have images or code inside of the IV lists). Is it critical? (a question to the moderators)

It's correct that lists do not support nested images or code. So converting the list to paragraphs is reasonable in a case like this page. Although yes, numeration would be lost and it might not be possible to retain them using IV rules.
