Should be figcaption.
- It is just a private case for the current page, not working as global figcaptions rules due the complicated articles on the site (approving different authors using their own html views).
e.g. on this page figure 2 "figcaption" is a centered p/span , while figure 3 "figcaption" is left oriented p/span/span.
So for non centered spans it obviosly should not be detected as figcaption (there are mass of articles on the site with broad paragraphs right after image).
So it is obviosly not some 'common' figcaption rules lost, but just a private case for the single article.
