The 2019 Instant View contest is over. View results
The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Issue #1

The gallery must be inlined and displayed in the IV

Sorry, but I disagree with you. You are right about this article, we can use the inline function and create a complete slideshow.

But this site has many articles (For example: https://www.computerbild.de/artikel/cbs-News-PC-The-Division-2-Ubisoft-Release-Trailer-PS4-Test-Vorbesteller-Day-One-Patch-19938363.html) with galleries in which there are a lot of pictures. If you try to use the inline function on them, the error "INLINE_PAGE_SIZE_TOO_BIG" occurs and the page is not generated.

Since we cannot determine when the inline function causes an error, and when it works fine, I decided to leave a link to the full gallery, as it is written in the checklist:
- Present all images in the IV as a gallery, if possible.
- If that's not possible, keep a link to the full gallery.

This formatting is unacceptable.
It's better to return "inline page size too big" than generate IV with block like this
