This is a dynamic block with latest iPad rated and ranked. If you go to the highlighted link you will see the date of the latest update. It says 03.04.2019. It's not static at all and also completely optional as it only provides referral links to Amazon and Idealo. All lists on the https://www.computerbild.de/bestenlisten/ are updated regularly with new devices and comparisons.

So to recap, it's optional and must be removed because it's a dynamic list and has only referrals to Amazon and Idealo.
