The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the source it's a list item but with list-style: none, which is not supported in IV. Because of that, rendering it as simple paragraph is actually the best way to preserve the format.
