At the end of the article there is an image that has been deleted on the server and it generated an 404 error (http://www.corsedimoto.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/43/2019/01/tempi-mercoledi-1-1024x556.jpeg), so the IV should generate a NO_MEDIA_FOUND error
