The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Source: http://telegra.ph/Reports-4-08-02 (5)

This issue was created as part of our final processing of appeals on our earlier decisions submitted by the contestants. Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to participate in our contest!

Please note that we no longer accept submissions of new issues in any form. As of this stage, we can only process appeals on our decisions about the issue for which the appeal was submitted.

It's the website changing something all the time when someone submits an issue in recent days
The author info was reliably being parsed from metadata by the IV engine itself back then. It's now changed and it has duplicate names. This is not my fault

The reason the author name is duplicated is because the original page contains these 2 author meta tags:
<meta name="author" content="Chris Fox"/>
<meta itemprop="author" content="Chris Fox"/>

You can see the cached version of this original page from Jun 10 here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20170610201918/http://www.cp24.com/news/numerous-weekend-road-closures-planned-1.3452515

If you check the source code of this cached page, you can see that those 2 author meta tags also exist there.

So this template would have still generated an IV with duplicate author names even before the contest ended.

So this issue remains valid.
