It is advisable to use a cover image when possible:
...
* There's a suitable image above the title/subtitle or directly below the title/subtitle.
and current cover appears as in article list (main page / category), so IMO this is best image for cover
- Accepted by admin
- This is not really a suitable article with which to use a cover image as it is well-within the main article body. In such cases cover images should not be used at all
