Actually, I think that extracting an incompatible video is the wrong approach, since Telegram does not support .m3u8 playlists yet.

As I said earlier, in accordance with 6.4.2 of Checklist we should add <video> with src for unsupported formats if we can't get link to generate iframe. If one day IV will support this format, the template will work correctly.
