- Because you selected the wrong paragraph. The paragraph you selected is from the "Click to Tweet" widget. It is rudimentary.
It may look as a pullquote at first sight, but it doesn't really much function as a pullquote. Its function is to let you tweet something conveniently (= share widget). You can see that these texts often include hashtags, mentions and other twitter-specific stuff: www.crowdfundinsider.com/2019/04/146261-social-crypto-exchange-blockport-partners-with-tokeny-sets-date-for-sto-launch/. So, it doesn't have sense without "Click to Tweet" button. And if we remove social networks buttons (as admin suggested here: instantview.telegram.org/contest/crowdfundinsider.com/template23/issue2/), we should remove the whole quote.
The same story was on the domain wersm.com (example page: wersm.com/12-questions-with-nate-goldman/), where all participants removed that widget and it was considered OK by admins.
