Rating should be removed, seems it is dynamic. Even the most popular apps can lose or gain a star depending on the update. This may potentially be misleading for the user.

User ratings are optional, by the way.

Those are not dynamic. Though, even now if you check the Elder Scrolls: Blades on the Appstore, they already differ by half of star.

Huge apps like that won't really gain a full star just out of the blue, in most cases they get they rating in the beginning and stay that way for a long time.

I don't think it's optional in this case though, it gives clear message to the user about the general quality of the app, which review could be about as well.
