no IV for target link

- Same reason as for previous issue. This page could be processed (although that's not easy), if there were functions for converting text with tags into HTML nodes or at least if IV parser didn't remove end tags inside <script> during the node capture (which is perhaps a bug). See https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/d3.ru/template9/issue1/ for details.
