- There's no difference between <h3> and <h2> in IV. There are only Headers and Subheaders in IV, and you can't create anything in between. Anyhow it looks just the same as the source.

Yes, these elements are <h3>, but in your template these have format as <h2>, in my template these are not a simple paragraphs (they are stylized). Also this article is of 2016 year, not a 2018, not a 2019. Unique case! New articles don't have this.
