captions not handled

- 1. As older the article, as more likely that we will encounter outdated code that doesnt handled in template.
2. All blogs on *.dailymail.co.uk subdomains are not maintained by the site editors, but by each blog owner personally, and may contain different formatting.
For example:

- here the captions to the photo are made using <span style="font-size:8pt">

- here caption for 2nd image is made simply in the <strong> tag, and since our code had something like ```<figure>: //div[has-class ("photo-wrap")]``` - this caption is just deleted from IV (because it not wrapped to <figcaption>)
