It seems these titles are always duplicated in this site. It's possible to check it by IV tools. One of them must be removed for better IV experience

I already remove duplicate videos, but in this case it's in a <strong> element.
Check other cases and you will see that I already remove duplicate titles when they are in <h *> elements.

As I said, this title is added by the author of the article, there is no way to handle all the exceptions.

In addition, admin has set a code limit on templates:
"Sorry, this template is too big"

Well, at least we tried to improve the site by removing duplicated <h1>. But, as Rodrigo said, this text may be formatted differently.
