AFP, ANI, REUTERS and others are news agencies including DECCANCHRONICLE itself. And should not be marked as an author.

Author (if set) shows next to the source with Edited by: or | and my template processes it.

The source is still an author.

In Checklist 6.1.1 you can find:

"Names of actual people are always preferable over entity names like ‘team’ or *the name of the website*."

Thus, the name of the website/agency is still considered a valid author.
